Gluten-Free Vegan Brownies

Very easy to prepare, without milk, butter, eggs, added sugars, and gluten, these gluten-free vegan brownies are uniquely delicious and suitable for everyone. They are made with oat flakes and oat flour. If you can’t find it, you can easily blend oat flakes finely until they turn into flour. If you want a lighter product, you can easily omit the peanut butter and dark chocolate, they will still be chocolaty and delicious. You can also consider them as baked porridge, delicious even in the Baked oats with avocado version.

Steps for Preparing Gluten-Free Vegan Brownies

  • Peel the very ripe bananas and mash them with a fork, first on their own, then with the help of the oat milk. Put in a bowl and add the oat flakes and oat flour. If you don’t have oat flour, finely blend more flakes.

  • Add a pinch of salt (optional), the unsweetened cocoa powder, and mix everything until you have a homogeneous mixture. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the mixture.

  • Roughly chop the dark chocolate. Decorate the mixture with peanut butter and chocolate. Push the larger pieces of chocolate into the banana and oat mixture. Bake at 350°F, static oven, for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into large pieces.

Storage

Store for two or three days under a glass dome or in the fridge if it’s too hot.
