- 1 sea bream (about 1.1 lbs)
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 bell pepper
- 2 potatoes
- 2 shallots
- 10 Taggiasca olives (pitted)
- 3 leaves basil
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE BAKED SEA BREAM WITH VEGETABLES RECIPE
1) For this fish preparation I generally take a sea bream that I scale and gut myself in the kitchen, but it is a service that the fish counter assistant at supermarkets can also do, so… your choice!
2) After scaling and gutting the sea bream, I rinse it well under a jet of running water and place it in a dish that can comfortably hold the vegetables accompanying the seafood.
3) Then I peel the potatoes, peel the shallots, remove seeds and filaments from the peppers and cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges, of course, I do all these after washing the vegetables.
4) I arrange in the baking dish the vegetables and then salt, pepper them and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
5) At this point, I just need to bake the sea bream with vegetables cooking for about 30/35 minutes or depending on the characteristics of your home appliance.
6) Steamy and juicy, our sea bream is ready to be enjoyed at the table…

I cut the potatoes quite thinly and they cooked in the indicated time, but if you want larger potato pieces, parboil them for 4/5 minutes in a saucepan starting from cold water.
