Today I prepared a typical seasonal side dish and here is the easy recipe ready in less than 30 minutes: spicy breaded cauliflower in a pan!
Cabbage is full of beneficial properties for our body; it just has the small issue of smell that permeates the whole house and lingers even with open windows for hours!
I added some breadcrumbs (perhaps better to use chopped sandwich bread), dried chili flakes, and anchovies in oil that I could even eat for breakfast lol!
The result is a tasty and delightful dish that pairs well with meat and fish dishes!

- 1 cauliflower
- 5 fillets anchovy in oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs (approximately 6 tablespoons, consider as needed)

PREPARATION STEPS FOR SPICY BREADED CAULIFLOWER IN A PAN
1) For the preparation of this seasonal side dish recipe, first wash and divide the cauliflower florets.
2) In a saucepan, boil the cauliflower for 5/6 minutes, then drain and pat dry with paper towels.
3) In a pan, add extra virgin olive oil and garlic cloves, letting the cloves brown and become golden.
4) Also add the chili pepper and anchovy fillets, letting them melt into the seasoning, then remove the garlic.
5) Add the cauliflower florets to the pan and let them absorb the flavors for a few minutes to finish cooking and blend with the seasonings.
6) In a new pan, add the breadcrumbs with a drop of extra virgin olive oil and toast it over medium heat, mixing well.
7) Finish the spicy breaded cauliflower dish by pouring the golden, crispy breadcrumbs over the cauliflower seasoned with anchovies and chili pepper, and serve immediately!
