ONE-DISH MEAL with meat, eggs, and cheese

A very rich and complete one-dish meal with meat, eggs, and cheese made after seeing a photo that inspired this very appetizing and easy preparation!

I cooked this dish on the induction plate that I had tucked away in a drawer in the living room, and I must say I am very satisfied: quick cooking, easy to use, and so even though I went crazy editing the video and it’s certainly not done well, I will continue to mess around in this way in future recipes!

The ground meat I chose is based on sausage and ham, and it is very, very tasty!

I added the Mutti datterini sauce, which is flavorful but sweet, and added some parsley, but we can also add chili, paprika, and even oregano!

This is the induction plate I used; it has a low cost considering it lasts a lifetime and it’s great! (look here)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE ONE-DISH MEAL RECIPE WITH MEAT, EGGS, AND CHEESE

1) First, you need to cook the eggs until hard-boiled by placing them in a saucepan with cold water and counting about 8/9 minutes from the boil.

2) Carefully take them out, immerse them in a bowl with cold water, and then after gently tapping them to crack the shell, peel them perfectly.

3) In a large pan, add the EVO oil, and as it sizzles, add the sauté and let it completely brown.

4) Add the mixed ground meat, crumbling it with your fingers, and cook for about 4/5 minutes.

5) Add the wine, allowing it to evaporate over medium-high heat, and then continue cooking.

6) After a few minutes, add the datterini tomato sauce, adjust the seasoning, stir, and let cook for another 5/6 minutes.

7) Now cut the hard-boiled eggs in half, place each half in the pan, and cover everything with the cheese strips.

8) Cover with the lid, wait just a few minutes for the cheese to melt, then after adding the fresh chopped parsley, we’re ready to head to the table!

Annalisa says…

Clearly, changing the type of ground meat, spices, and herbs will change the taste, but the one-dish meal with meat, eggs, and cheese is, for me, a valid idea for a family dinner!

TO AVOID THE HARD-BOILED EGGS FROM CRACKING DURING COOKING, ADD A LITTLE VINEGAR!!!!!!!!!
