Amaretti from Sant’Angelo Lodigiano with Gorgonzola and Mascarpone

The amaretti from Sant’Angelo Lodigiano with gorgonzola and mascarpone are truly original and delicious, definitely worth trying!!! I came up with this recipe in less than five minutes, wanting something tasty and unique by combining three ingredients from my region: the amaretti from Sant’Angelo Lodigiano (the Nosotti), gorgonzola, and mascarpone. The amaretti from Sant’Angelo Lodigiano are cocoa-flavored, crumbly, and larger than the classic ones. You can serve them either as a dessert at the end of a meal or as an appetizer, where the sweet and salty combination will surprise you. The filling is made with sweet gorgonzola and mascarpone.
