  • To prepare the no-cook Nutella cream, start by keeping the bowl and whisks you will use to whip the cream in the freezer for about ten minutes: this way, it will whip faster; it is also good that the cream is very cold, so take it out of the fridge only a few moments before whipping it. The Nutella should not be too hard otherwise you will have difficulty incorporating it into the whipped cream; therefore in winter, when it tends to harden in the cold, it is advisable to soften it by keeping the closed jar immersed in hot water for 5 minutes, or by putting the required amount in the microwave for 5 seconds, until it becomes fluid again. Warning: it must not be too hot or it will deflate the cream.

  • Pour the cream into the bowl (1) and whip it with the electric whisks for a few minutes, until you get a well-firm mixture (2). To do the test that it is whipped properly, turn the bowl upside down: the cream must not move or slip, but adhere well to the sides and bottom of the bowl. At this point, add half of the Nutella (3).

  • With a spatula, incorporate it into the cream with slow movements from bottom to top (4), being careful not to deflate the cream. When it is well blended, add the remaining Nutella (5) and continue to incorporate it in the same way, gently and from bottom to top, until you get a smooth mixture (6).
