SOFT TART IN AIR FRYER WITHOUT KNEADING, ALL IN A BOWL AND SPREAD WITH A PIPING BAG

Soft tart in air fryer without kneading, all in a bowl and spread with a piping bag, a dessert that immediately wins you over for its consistency that everyone agrees on. It is a mix between tart and bundt cake, the two most loved desserts united together.

To make the soft tart, you don’t need to knead the ingredients like with shortcrust pastry, you just need to mix them in a bowl with a spoon, like the bundt cake all in a bowl, and then spread it with a piping bag directly into the air fryer pan. I have made several desserts with the all-in-bowl method like frappe and castagnole or the fantastic bowl bundt cakes, it is an infallible method.

It is a very creamy mixture that makes this tart special but it cannot be spread with hands nor with a spoon like the spoon tart, but you need a piping bag and it is spread directly into the pan.

If you also love the tart and the bundt cake, then you absolutely must try this tart, I’m sure it will win you over from the first bite. Let’s see together what we need to make the soft tart in air fryer without kneading, all in a bowl and spread with a piping bag.

I USE THIS FRYER find all the information here https://storececotec.it/it/friggitrici-ad-aria/cecofrygrill-duoheat-6500

Steps

LET’S PREPARE THE SOFT TART WITH THE PIPING BAG IN A BOWL

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar using an electric mixer, add the warm melted butter, the zest, and the sifted flour with baking powder. Mix everything together, you will get a consistency similar to a bundt cake but more compact. Place the mixture in a piping bag or a pastry syringe, take a tart mold suitable for the air fryer, I used a mold about 8 inches, place the air fryer parchment paper inside and start filling it from the center with the piping bag. Spread a good amount of jam on top, and with the piping bag, make the classic stripes and the edge. I used the piping bag for half the work, then for the edge and stripes, I used the pastry syringe with a star nozzle, so both the stripes and the edge come ribbed.

  • Cook the tart in the air fryer using the dessert program. With mine at 160 °C (320 °F) for about 15 minutes. My fryer has a double coil, so it requires less time. Below are some tips for cooking. Once cooked, dust it with powdered sugar

SOME USEFUL TIPS

If you don’t have an air fryer with a double coil, you need to extend the times, or after the first 10 minutes, remove it from the mold and leave it only in the parchment paper.

Another solution could be perforated parchment sheets. If you have an air fryer with a door, you shouldn’t have any problems because those usually have double coils. I get along great with this one https://amzn.to/3XsACqr
