LET’S PREPARE THE ROMAN FRAPPE
In a bowl, pour the egg with the sugar and mix with a spoon, add the oil and the liquor, and finally the flour, still mixing with a spoon until you form a dough. Cut pieces from the dough, roll them out very thinly with a rolling pin or a pasta machine, and make many strips, they need to be very thin. Heat the oil very well, it must reach a temperature between 320 and 340 degrees Fahrenheit. If you don’t have a thermometer, test by dipping the handle of a wooden spoon; if it bubbles, the oil is ready. Fry only a few pieces at a time, drain them and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy the Roman frappe and stop if you can!!
