Stuffed peaches with amaretti and almonds, true comfort food! An easy and delicious recipe.
In this season, where peaches are the stars, I offer you not only the classic stuffed peaches but also peach strudel and peach clafoutis.
Stuffed peaches are a typical Piedmontese recipe, a delightful summer dessert perfect for using ripe peaches. Just cut them in half, slightly scoop out the flesh, and fill them with amaretti, chocolate chips, and a few drops of Marsala (if you like).
After baking, they become fragrant and irresistible. Serve them warm with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Follow me on social media for more recipes like this! Facebook and Instagram

Ingredients
- 4 peaches
- 1/4 cup amaretti
- 2/3 oz almonds
- to taste sugar
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- to taste Marsala (optional)
- 2 tbsp honey
How to make Stuffed Peaches
Wash the peaches and divide them in half, remove the pit, and with a teaspoon, slightly scoop out the center, creating a large cavity.
Collect the flesh and chop it with a knife, then transfer it to a bowl along with the roughly chopped amaretti and almonds, finally add the chocolate chips and mix.
Place the peaches in an air fryer, season with sugar, then fill with the prepared filling and drizzle with Marsala.
Cook at 320°F for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with a teaspoon of honey and almond crumbs.
Storage and Tips for Stuffed Peaches
Stuffed Peaches can be stored in an airtight container until the next day. You can replace the almonds with other nuts like hazelnuts. For a family-friendly version, you can omit the liquor.
