TWO-CREAM LAYERED DESSERT a spoon dessert with various textures and classic flavors, featuring a layer of chocolate cream that’s a bomb of goodness!!!!!!!
I could have also topped the creams with another layer of ladyfingers soaked in melted chocolate, but … I preferred not to go overboard with the calories!
I really like desserts that offer different aromas and textures in a single bite, and on the blog, you can already find:

Ingredients for TWO-CREAM LAYERED DESSERT
- 7 oz butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 tbsp flour
- 5 tbsp sweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups milk
- 5 oz dark chocolate (melted in a double boiler or microwave)
- 1 package ladyfingers
Tools
#ADV
- Loaf Pans
Steps
1) I work the softened butter very well with 1 1/4 cups of powdered sugar to obtain a fluffy cream.
2) I also add the pasteurized egg yolks and place the cream in a container inside the refrigerator.
3) I mix the sifted flour with 3/4 cup of powdered sugar and the cocoa, both sifted with a fine mesh strainer.
4) I pour and mix with a hand whisk the milk over these powders, then put this mix into a saucepan and bring to a moderate flame until thickened into a cream, letting it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
5) I melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave and let it cool.
6) I line the mold with plastic wrap and line it with LADYFINGERS soaked in melted dark chocolate.
7) Now I make a layer with the yellow cream that I had placed in the refrigerator and then cover it with the chocolate cream.
8) I seal the two-cream layered dessert with transparent plastic wrap and place the double-flavored cake in the refrigerator overnight.
Delicious spoon dessert and also a bit calorie-dense…
Enjoy!

Annalisa says…
If you prefer, use milk chocolate to soak the ladyfingers…
Don’t like ladyfingers? Okay, we can use Pavesini… what do you think?
