Useful tips
The burger buns stay soft and fluffy for 3/4 days if stored in a paper bag! If you want to make a nice stock to always have ready in the freezer, I recommend cutting them in half before freezing, then just pop them in the oven for a few minutes when needed, and they’ll be as freshly baked!
