- 3 slices sandwich bread (long)
- 4.2 oz canned tuna in oil (drained)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2.8 oz Taggiasca olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Steps for preparing bread rolls
Drain the tuna well and collect it in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, some parsley, and mix well.
Place the pitted Taggiasca olives in a food processor. If you prefer, you can also use pitted green olives. Add the parsley and chop everything coarsely.
Flatten the slices of sandwich bread well. Then spread the olive mixture and cover with the tuna mixture. Roll from the longer side to get 3 sausage-like rolls. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours. Remove the plastic wrap and cut each roll into 4-5 slices.
Storage
You can store them for a couple of days, but I recommend cutting the slices just before serving.
