  • 10.5 oz chicken breast (thin slices)
  • 5.6 oz Prague cooked ham (thin slices)
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 3 sprays extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of the air fryer stuffed chicken rolls

  • Start by laying the chicken breast slices flat on their paper but not touching each other, distribute the cooked ham in the center of each slice until finished, roll up and secure each roll with 2 toothpicks.

  • Pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper and mix with a spoon.

  • Dip each roll in the breadcrumbs, pressing well all over to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere well to the roll.

  • Place the breaded rolls inside the basket of the air fryer after placing a sheet of dedicated parchment paper.

  • Insert the basket and cook at 340°F for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking with kitchen tongs. Once cooked, you can enjoy them hot or cold, sliced and topped with a sauce you like!

  • IMPORTANT: remember to remove the toothpicks before consuming.

You can add a piece of cheese like Emmental, scamorza, or pecorino inside the roll.
