- 2 egg whites (medium)
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sliced almonds

Steps
Pour the egg whites into a bowl and beat them with sugar without whisking. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and almond flour and mix well. Add the cooled melted butter and stir.
The mixture will be soft. Place in the fridge and let rest for 1 hour. Preheat the oven in static mode to 350°F. Prepare the baking tray covered with parchment paper, place small heaps of batter, and spread them with the back of a spoon. Decorate the surface with sliced almonds and bake. Cook the cookies for about 15-18 minutes until they are golden in color. Once cooked, let them cool and place on a tray. The Almond Cookies are ready for your guests.
