Chicken Bites with Peas

Fresh pea chicken bites are ideal to enjoy at this time.

Peas are the stars of the show now and there are many recipes in which they can be used.

I usually make a good stock of them, freeze some, and they are ready to use when I need them 🙂

Today I wanted to cook meat differently for lunch and I was in a hurry.

I went out to buy some meat, and the butcher suggested making some bites.

If you can’t find the bites, you can take chicken breast and cut it into pieces, or you can have the butcher prepare it for you as I did 😉

These bites are very tender, and I wanted to add some scallions and quickly prepared a delicious main course 😀

If you’re serving this to children, you can use water or vegetable broth instead of wine.

So if you have little time and few ideas on how to cook chicken, this main course might be suitable.

P.S.: I recommend trying the:
