Beef Tartare with Strawberries and Blackberries

in

I don’t much love cooked meat, but one way to eat it occasionally is to prepare it raw. Ideally you should buy a lean cut and chop it with a knife, but I also like it when it’s ground. The important thing is that it’s fresh and prepared immediately. Beef tartare with strawberries and blackberries is a slightly different way to present the dish — colorful and delicate, very suitable for summer lunches and dinners.
