Beef Tartare with Strawberries and Blackberries

I don’t really like meat, but one way to have it occasionally is to prepare it raw. Ideally, you should purchase a lean cut and chop it by hand, but I also like it ground. The important thing is that it is fresh and prepared immediately. The Beef Tartare with Strawberries and Blackberries is a slightly different way to present the dish, colorful and delicate, very suitable for summer lunches and dinners.
