Steps
Pour all-purpose flour and butter into a bowl and sand them, add the almond flour and powdered sugar which makes the dough finer compared to granulated sugar.
Add the egg plus the yolk, vanilla flavoring, a pinch of salt, and knead all the ingredients. Do this operation quickly to avoid warming the dough. Form a dough ball, wrap it in parchment paper or cling film, and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
