Ingredients
- 1 cup cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp tbsp brown sugar
- 5 tbsp + 1 tsp tbsp butter (soft)
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch fine salt
- Half vanilla bean
- 1/3 cup cups dried plums
- 1 Golden Delicious apple
- 2 tbsp tbsp powdered sugar

Steps
Preheat the oven to a static setting at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put the butter in a bowl with the sugar and use the beaters to cream it. Continue with the beaters, add the egg, the pulp from half a vanilla bean, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the sifted flour, alternating with the milk.
Add the baking powder, chopped plums, and apple pieces. Pour the batter into muffin liners and bake for about 30 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave for 5 minutes with the door slightly open. Remove from the oven and once cool, serve the Muffins with Plums and Apples dusted with brown powdered sugar.
Storage
Muffins with plums and apples should be kept for a few days in a cool place inside a container.
