Chocolate cake without whisks mix everything in bowl soft and moist you will win everyone over, a chocolate cake that makes you start the day in a great way is perfect as a breakfast cake or for a tasty snack with a good coffee.
It’s a very simple and quick cake to make and you mix everything in a bowl like the chocolate bundt cake and you need simple but essential ingredients for the cake like vinegar, for example, which I already used to make the famous crazy cake.
This cake is one of those desserts that are hard to resist and its soft and moist texture that melts in your mouth with every bite makes you want to eat slice after slice, a bit like the creamy chocolate cake. I have made so many chocolate cakes like the chocolate and blueberry cake or the dark chocolate cake, all fantastic but believe me, this one has no rivals, it’s one of the best chocolate desserts I have ever made, and I recommend you try it, I am sure it will win you over too. But let’s see what we need to make the chocolate cake without whisks mix everything in bowl soft and moist you will win everyone over

- 3/4 cup sugar (up to 1 cup if you want it sweeter)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- vanilla flavoring
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (or potato starch)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp butter
- water (as needed)
- 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Tools
HERE’S WHAT WE NEED
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Hand whisk
- 1 Baking pan about 8.7 inches I use these
Steps
LET’S MAKE THE CAKE
Mix the eggs, sugar, vinegar, oil, milk, and flavoring with a hand whisk or spoon. Add the sifted flour, cocoa, baking soda, and baking powder, and mix everything. Pour the batter into a round pan about 8.7 inches lined with parchment paper and bake at 356°F for about 35 minutes, but adjust to your oven. I used a fan oven. Take it out and let it cool.
If you decide to make a quick topping, you need to put the cocoa in a bowl and start adding water. You need to get a thick consistency. If you want to make the rich topping, put all the ingredients in a saucepan and thicken over the heat. Once ready, pour it over the cake. I added dark chocolate chunks and crushed cookies, but you can also omit them. Cut a slice and enjoy this super chocolaty wonder
If you don’t want to make the topping, you can dust with powdered sugar or unsweetened cocoa
FAQ
CAN I USE ALMOND MILK?
Yes, of course, but I would change the flavoring, but you can also use coconut milk
