- 2 tbsp butter
- to taste salt

is very simple and quick but sure to impress, you can use either original caviar or substitutes.
The first thing is to put the pasta water on the fire, and in the meantime, put the butter and heavy cream in a pan together with a ladle of pasta cooking water.

Turn on a low flame, adjust with salt and pepper, and mix until a smooth and homogeneous sauce is obtained.
In the meantime, drop the pasta.
And as soon as it is al dente, transfer it with a slotted spoon or a spider into the pan with the sauce, adding more cooking water if needed. Stir on the fire until the farfalle has absorbed all the dressing, then turn off the burner and..
