Tools

HERE’S WHAT WE NEED

  • 1 Mixer
  • 1 Bundt cake pan

Steps

LET’S PREPARE THE SUPER SOFT APPLE BUNDT CAKE WITH CRUMBLE

  • First, prepare the crunchy crumble. In a mixer, blend the ingredients until you get a crumbly dough and then put it in the freezer. You can also make the crumble by hand by mixing all the ingredients quickly.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until they are nice and frothy, gradually add the oil, then the water, lemon peel, and finally the flour and baking powder. The batter will be liquid; do not add more flour, it must be just like this. Add one apple cut into thin slices and mix, then transfer it into a greased and floured bundt cake pan. Cut the other apples into thin slices, for a bit of color, you can leave one apple with the peel. Arrange the apple slices tightly in a radial pattern, take the crumble and grate or crumble it over the bundt cake, and finally, sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes, but adjust according to your oven and do the toothpick test. If baking in an air fryer, set to 375°F for about 25 minutes. Take it out of the oven and dust with powdered sugar.
