Ingredients

Steps
Preheat the static oven to 350°F. In a bowl, add the sifted flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add the butter cut into pieces, grated lemon zest, vanilla bean seeds, a pinch of salt, and whole eggs. Mix all the ingredients with your hands to form a crumbly dough. Peel the pears and cut them into cubes.
Roughly chop the hazelnut chocolate with a knife. Spread half of the crumbly dough on the baking pan lined with parchment paper. Make a layer with the pear cubes and hazelnut chocolate. Cover with the other half of the crumbs and bake. Cook the Crumble with Hazelnut Chocolate and Pears for 35 minutes. Turn off the oven and let it rest for a few minutes with the door slightly open.
