Ingredients
- 1 melon
- 10.5 oz strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 kiwi
- 2 loquats
- Half lemon (juice)
- 2 fresh clementines
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 8.8 oz ice cream (mixed)
- A few leaves mint
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
Tools
- Cutting board
- Bowl
- Ice Cream Scoop
- Melon Baller
Steps
Choose perfectly ripe fruit and wash it. Peel the fruit that needs it, cut it into pieces, and place it in a bowl. Squeeze half a lemon and mix, so it doesn’t turn black. Cut the melon in half and use the melon baller to scoop out many balls to add to the other fruit. Try to leave some pulp attached to the rind.
Gather all the fruit in a bowl and add the brown sugar. Mix well and pour the fruit salad with its juice into the two melon halves, distributing it evenly. Decorate with scoops of ice cream to your liking, chopped pistachios, and a few mint leaves.
Advice
You can do the same with honeydew melon and even with watermelon.
