Ingredients for Parmesan Panna Cotta
- 5 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh liquid cream
- 5 g gelatin sheets
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 walnut halves
- to taste mint (or fresh basil)
- to taste black pepper

Preparation of Parmesan Panna Cotta
To prepare the Parmesan Panna Cotta, first soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
In a small pot, heat the fresh cream until it is about to boil; if you have a kitchen thermometer, measure the temperature.
It should reach around 185°F.
Turn off the heat, add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper while stirring with a rubber spatula, and finally add the well-squeezed gelatin sheets.
Mix well to dissolve the gelatin and combine all ingredients; chop half of the walnut halves and add them to the Panna Cotta.
Fill 6 molds for panna cotta or soufflé almost to the brim, decorate with half a walnut and some mint or basil leaves.
Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours before serving.
