An extraordinary dessert, the Nutellamisu recipe will be one of those recipes that you’ll save. Delicious, creamy with the unmistakable taste of Nutella, this is a dessert that everyone loves, especially the little ones, but not only. If you want to offer it to the little ones and don’t want to give them coffee, you can opt for cocoa milk or barley coffee. Easy and quick with the guarantee of the classic tiramisu, it’s always festive, making it one of those super-appreciated desserts to bring as a gift if you’re invited for lunch or dinner, ideal for celebrating happily, but also the perfect treat when we need a pick-me-up. To prepare it, I used pasteurized yolks in a brick which are already sanitized, so no risk if consumed raw, but if you use fresh eggs, make sure they’re extremely fresh to avoid any problems. Let’s roll up our sleeves and take a look at the Nutellamisu recipe together.

Preparation
Let’s start preparing Nutellamisu by making the coffee and letting it cool. I prefer unsweetened coffee to soak the ladyfingers, but if you like very sweet desserts, you can sweeten it to taste while it’s still hot.
While the coffee is cooling, use electric whisks to beat the egg yolks (I used pasteurized ones in a brick, otherwise use very fresh eggs) with sugar until light and frothy. Incorporate the mascarpone, mixing well. Whip the cream, which should be very cold.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cream with a hand whisk. In a baking dish, layer the coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and Nutella until the ingredients are used up. Refrigerate until serving.
