More than a recipe, these savory muffins with eggs and bacon are a tasty idea and I must say very, very appetizing for presenting a finger food for the buffet with a creative “warm” dish that we can also vary in the filling by adding other types of cheeses, both grated and semi-aged or fresh.
The bacon wraps a mix of beaten eggs and various cheeses that, when tasted, is soft and fluffy. I just tasted one, but honestly, I could have eaten them all, really!
The idea of serving them in baking cups… is simply because it was the only way to keep them upright, I confess, since as soon as I put them on the plate, they became crooked and wobbly, eh eh, and not too nice to photograph!

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE SAVORY MUFFINS WITH EGGS AND BACON RECIPE
1) For this super easy and delicious recipe, I preheat the oven to 356°F in static mode.
2) In a bowl, I beat the eggs and add the grated cheese, continuing to mix well.
3) I also add the cheese in small cubes and give one last mix with the fork, also adding a pinch of pepper.
4) Now I take the bacon slices and arrange them in the cavities of the muffin molds, inserting a ball of parchment paper to prevent them from flattening towards the center.
5) Now I bake and let them cook for about 5 minutes.
6) I now remove the paper ball and add a few spoonfuls of the egg and cheese mix until it reaches the edge of the bacon slice.
7) All that’s left is to bake for about 25 minutes or according to the features of your home appliance.
8) Just the time to let the savory muffins with cheese and eggs cool slightly and they’re ready for tasting… but make sure to PUT THEM IN THE BAKING CUPS to keep them nicely upright, eh eh!
Enjoy your meal!

1) If we want to enrich the savory muffins with eggs and mixed cheeses, we can also add a very fine chop of parsley and maybe even a well-chopped sun-dried tomato in oil!
