Preparation of Blackberry Spoon Dessert
To prepare the Blackberry Spoon Dessert, first, rinse the blackberries gently under running water.
Set aside some for the decoration of the 4 cups, and place the rest in a non-stick pan with the sugar and lemon juice.
Cook the blackberries by stirring with a spatula for 3 or 4 minutes until they become soft, then pass them through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds and collect the rest in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, work the mascarpone with a fork along with the powdered sugar to make it soft.
Add the Greek yogurt and blend everything well.
Crush the dry cookies into powder by placing them in a plastic bag and using a rolling pin or meat tenderizer.
Now that everything is ready, take 4 cups and place a spoonful of crumbled cookies at the bottom.
Spread 2 spoonfuls of yogurt cream over the cookies, then 1 tablespoon of blackberry sauce, and more cookies.
Make a second layer of yogurt cream, more dry cookies, and blackberry sauce until all the ingredients are used up.
Decorate the top with the reserved whole blackberries, and if you wish, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar before serving.
Place the Blackberry Spoon Dessert in the fridge for 2 hours before serving. Or, if you want it semi-frozen, you can freeze it and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
