Steps to Prepare Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes, Tuna, and Olives
First, slice an onion. Put it in a pan with a drizzle of oil and let it brown for a couple of minutes. Meanwhile, wash and cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges. Add them to the onion with salt and pepper and let it cook for about ten minutes.
Once ready, remove the sauce from the heat and add tuna, olives, and fresh basil. Boil the pasta and drain it just before it’s fully cooked. Set aside some cooking water.
You just need to pour the pasta into the pan with tuna and tomatoes and let it season for a couple of minutes, adding some pasta cooking water if needed. Scent with grated lemon peel and serve.
Storage
You can store the pasta in the fridge for two or three days.
