  • First, wash the zucchini and cut them into chunks. Slice an onion. Let it sauté in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Add the zucchini, salt, and pepper, and cook for about ten minutes.

  • Cut the scamorza cheese into cubes. When the zucchini are ready, create 4 dimples among the zucchini and crack the eggs into them. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cheese cubes and cover with the lid.
