IDEAS for the scarf

Thin fabric ribbon (red), raffia ribbon, Christmas ribbon.

Tools

  • Food processor (or a rolling pin)
  • Bowl
  • Electric whisk (or a spoon)
  • Plate flat

Preparation

  • Crumble the ladyfingers (100 g) with an electric blender (or by rolling a pin over them).

Place the mascarpone (250 g) and sugar (150 g) in a bowl and mix with an electric whisk or a spoon.

Add the grated coconut (100 g) and continue mixing until the mixture is uniform and lump-free.

Add the crumbled cookies, this will make the mixture more solid.

  • Place the desiccated coconut (50 g) on a flat plate.

Take a piece of dough from the bowl and place it in the palm of your hands to form a ball. Make three different sizes of spheres.

Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut and then let them rest in the refrigerator for about ten minutes.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the hats: form small spheres and roll them in unsweetened cocoa. Flatten them to make them more like a hat.

  • ASSEMBLE the sweet snowmen

Stack three balls, one on top of the other, pressing them slightly to make them stable.

Place the cocoa hat on top and sprinkle some grated coconut for a fresh snow effect.

Use the sprinkles to create eyes and buttons.

For the mouth: cut a piece of tangerine peel.

STORAGE

Keep the sweet snowmen in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

  • What does the snowman symbolize?

The snowman, besides representing the festive atmosphere of the winter holidays, also symbolizes rebirth. Its creation, shared with friends and family, not only embodies the innocence of childhood and the excitement linked to snow but also reflects the possibility of new beginnings. It is an icon of imagination that helps create an atmosphere of Christmas spirit, community, and hope for the future.
