Preparation of dried oranges in air fryer
Wash and dry the orange well with edible peel, cut it into very thin slices (maximum 0.08 inches).
Place the orange slices without overlapping them in the air fryer basket and insert the basket (do not use parchment paper in this recipe).
Turn on the air fryer in dehydrator mode at 158°F and let it run for 4 hours, turning the orange slices twice during dehydration using kitchen tongs.
At the end of the 4 hours, remove the basket and place the now-dried orange slices on a plate, and voilà, they’re ready! Below I explain how you can use them!
