I added some slices of mortadella to the soft and seasoned salty focaccia because, for me, they are a winning combination, but squacquerone, prosciutto crudo, and stracchino are not bad either hehe!
The basil was clearly cooked… so it was definitely removed before sinking my teeth into it 😁
