1) In some recipes, I read that before adding the sprinkles it is necessary to brush the cake with egg yolk… I didn’t like the idea of egg, so I didn’t do it, the sprinkles stick perfectly to the dough without egg, but as always, do as you like!
2) Don’t like sugar sprinkles? I suggest not adding them but dusting the Piacentino buslan with powdered sugar!
