CHOCOLATE YOGURTELLA CREAM light version and classic version, simple, quick, and delicious.
- 7 oz 0% fat Greek yogurt (or soy yogurt)
- 1 oz 85% dark chocolate (for the classic version, regular dark chocolate is fine)
- 2 tbsp extra dark cocoa powder (for the classic version, unsweetened cocoa powder)
- chopped nuts
- coconut flour (for dusting)
- 1 coffee (hot)

NOW PREPARE THE YOGURTELLA AND ENJOY IT AS YOU LIKE
To make this delicious chocolate cream, first melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. In a bowl, whip the yogurt with the cocoa, then add the melted dark chocolate. Continue to whip the mixture for a few seconds with electric beaters. Add the chopped nuts and mix with a spoon. Pour the cream into a small cup or glass and store it in the refrigerator. Remove the cream from the fridge at least thirty minutes before enjoying it. Make a hot coffee and pour it into cups over the cream, sprinkle with coconut flour and more nuts, and then enjoy.
HERE ARE SOME TIPS AND SUGGESTIONS:
You can use any type of yogurt you like, but Greek yogurt is perfect because it remains much denser
If you want, you can use only chopped hazelnuts, and if you don’t like dark chocolate, you can use milk chocolate. The coffee really makes this cream special, but if you don’t like it, you can omit it. Don’t let it rest too long in the fridge, or it will be too hard to enjoy with a spoon.
