Steps to prepare Green Bean Salad with Tomato and Cheese
Trim the green beans and wash them in plenty of fresh water, then cook them by boiling or steaming. Let them cool.
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Drain them and let them cool. This way the skin will peel off easily. After peeling them, cut them into cubes. Season with salt, pepper, chopped basil, and extra virgin olive oil.
Cut the cheese you like best into cubes. In a bowl, place the green beans, add tomato, cheese, adjust with salt, pepper, olive oil, and mix well. Let it rest for about ten minutes and serve.
Storage
You can keep the salad in the fridge for a couple of days.
