Preparation of Cheesy Savory Puffs with Zucchini, Ham, and Provola

  • To prepare Cheesy Savory Puffs with Zucchini, first trim and wash the zucchinis, then grate them with a coarse grater.

Place it inside a clean, dry cloth and squeeze well to remove the excess water.

  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 356°F in static mode, unroll the puff pastry, leaving its parchment paper underneath.

  • Sprinkle a little breadcrumbs on half of the pastry (it helps absorb the zucchini’s water during cooking).
