Pistachio paradise cream is a divine treat, especially for pistachio lovers like me, but truly truly delicious. If it’s true that paradise cream is heavenly no matter how it’s made, the pistachio paradise cream, in my humble opinion, surpasses them all, with plenty of cream, excellent pistachio cream, and condensed milk creating a perfect cream to accompany dry biscuits, pastries without cream, or to fill cakes and pies. I also love it to accompany fresh fruit, whether they are berries, peaches, or fruit salads. At my home, it’s also enjoyed as a spoon dessert with chopped pistachios; in short, it’s a cream as easy and quick to prepare as it is delicious and versatile. Let’s get to work and prepare pistachio paradise cream together.

Preparation of pistachio paradise cream
Start with cream that is well chilled from the fridge. This allows it to whip much faster and better. If it’s too hot, I recommend putting it in the freezer for 10 minutes before working with the electric whisks, to ensure it’s well chilled, of course not frozen.
Also put the condensed milk in the fridge. Work the cream with the electric whisks, adding the condensed milk slowly. When the mixture is fluffy, add the pistachio cream (easily found in supermarkets among spreadable creams).
This should be at room temperature to be more fluid and thus make it easier to work with the whipped cream. Mix with a hand whisk until the mixture is homogeneous. Place in the fridge for at least a couple of hours before serving or using to fill cakes.
Notes
You can store the cream for two or three days in the refrigerator!
