Apple and chocolate pudding, a dessert with only two ingredients that will amaze you!
There’s no gluten because there’s no flour, no butter or dairy, no added sugar. Oh, and no oven needed!!
This dessert has been trending on social media in recent days, mostly seen in cake form, but for me, it’s more of a pudding, so I’ve presented it in practical single-serving cups. Absolutely worth trying, by the way, I warn you, kids like it too 😉
Let’s see the super quick recipe!

- Difficulty: Very easy
- Cost: Very cheap
- Rest time: 4 Hours
- Preparation time: 15 Minutes
- Portions: 4 generous cups
- Cooking methods: Microwave
- Cuisine: Italian
- Seasonality: All seasons
Ingredients
- 4 Golden apples
- 7.05 oz 50% dark chocolate
Steps
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes, cook them in the microwave on high power for about 8 minutes until they are well-cooked and soft.
Separately, melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. In the latter case, 30 seconds on high power, stir and repeat until completely melted.
With an immersion blender, blend the apples with the melted chocolate while they are still hot.
Now you can pour the mixture into small bowls as I did, or into a single mold and place in the refrigerator. Let sit for a few hours to set.
If desired, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa and enjoy the pudding.
