  • 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour

Steps for preparing the nutella quilt cake

  • Break 2 eggs into a bowl. Beat them with the hand whisk, adding sugar. Then mix in oil and milk, stirring constantly with the hand whisk.

  • Add the sifted flour with cornstarch and baking powder. Mix well. Flavor with vanilla extract and add a pinch of salt. Mix and pour into the cake pan lined with parchment paper.

  • Put the nutella in the piping bag! On the surface of the cake, draw diamonds with the nutella. Bake at 356°F, static, for about 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test. Let cool and serve with powdered sugar.

You can keep the cake under a glass dome for two or three days
