1) I ended up with 17 or 18 balls, maybe because CERTAINLY BECAUSE I made them TOO THICK! Okay, you guys be better than me, and it’s easy; make 20 as the recipe from Cucina Moderna October 2022 suggests! And then put less jam or preserve inside the sweet leavened dough called BUCHTELN because then it’s a mess to close the balls, ahem ahem!
2) I took a lot of photos because I really enjoyed it, and it’s so good and beautiful that… I celebrated the recipe with a ton of photos!
