Start preparing the Baked Ham and Cheese Frittata by cutting the slices of cooked ham into strips and the pizza mozzarella or another cheese into cubes.
Pour the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork, add some salt, pepper, a drop of oil, cheese, and cooked ham, and mix everything well.
Pour the mixture of eggs and cheese into a previously oiled baking dish or parchment-lined pan and bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
