Pecan Walnut Brownies

PECAN WALNUT BROWNIES a sweet, a cake that I cut into squares, soft and delicious, great for breakfast and snacks and very easy to make!

The brownie also called  chocolate brownie or Manchester brownie, is a dessert very famous in American cuisine that clearly takes its name from the dark chocolatey color and does not include the addition of baking powder!

Brownies with pecan nuts

Ingredients

  • 8.8 oz dark chocolate
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup pecan nuts

Steps

  • 1) Start this recipe by melting in a bain-marie or in the microwave the dark chocolate coarsely chopped with butter in chunks.

    2) In a bowl, I beat with a hand whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

    3) Sift the flour and add it to the mixture, mixing well with a soft spatula to obtain a homogeneous mix.

    4) I also add the melted chocolate with the butter.

    5) Roughly chop the pecan nuts with a knife and pour them into the rest of the mixture, mixing well and then pouring into a square mold lined with wet and well-squeezed baking paper.

    5) Now bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 356°F letting the brownie with nuts cook for about 20 minutes.

    6) Once cooked let them cool then remove from the mold and cut into squares these treats that I swear will go like hotcakes!

    Enjoy with the brownies with dark chocolate and pecan nuts!

Clearly we can use classic walnuts instead of pecans…^_^ and we can put half of the nuts inside the mixture and decorate the surface of the brownies with the other half, as you prefer!
