  • 1.1 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsps condensed milk
  • 2 tbsps espresso coffee (sweetened)

Crush the dry biscuits (I used oro sawia, but other types are fine too)
put them in a plastic bag and beat them several times with the rolling pin until crumbled.
You can also use an electric mixer.

  • Pour the crushed biscuits into a bowl, add the condensed milk, yogurt, sweetened coffee, mix everything well and finally blend in the hazelnut paste, it should be a homogeneous and workable dough.
