The banana and coconut milk smoothie is a drink with an exotic and energetic taste, ideal to enjoy at breakfast, as a snack, or when you want to drink something fresh, tasty, but also healthy. I prepared it as a mid-morning “hunger-breaker” snack, so I preferred not to add ice. It only takes a few minutes, two ingredients, and a blender.

Take the blender, pour in the coconut beverage or coconut milk, the peeled banana cut into pieces, and the ice (optional).
Close the blender lid and turn it on until the bananas and the ice, if added, are completely chopped.
Pour the banana and coconut milk smoothie into the glass and enjoy it immediately.
