It’s a recipe that is prepared in little time, requires few ingredients, no eggs, no stove, and no ice cream maker, just electric whisks and then in the freezer.
It’s a dessert that I like so much, it’s great for any occasion, it should be served soft, excellent also accompanied with chocolate chips, but in cooler periods if it’s too frozen better to leave first at room temperature or churn with a robot to make it even creamier.

  • 1 cup fresh whipping cream
  • 5 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/2 coffee cup cold coffee
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • as needed dark chocolate chips (and coffee beans)

Steps for Quick Coffee Ice Cream without Ice Cream Maker and Eggs

Let’s start by preparing the coffee, just half a cup, once ready add the two teaspoons of instant coffee while it’s still hot, stir to dissolve, and then let it cool.

Take a glass bowl, insert the cold fridge cream, better if the bowl is also well cold, maybe you put it 10 minutes before in the freezer.
With electric whisks, start whipping the cream well.

When the cream is well whipped and firm, add the condensed milk, work again with the whisks and also add the cold coffee in a thin stream, mix the ingredients well.
