Steps for Calabrian Almond Paste Dry Cookies with Candied Fruit
In a bowl, pour the almond flour, you can also make it by grinding peeled almonds adding a bit of sugar taken from the ingredients.
Add the egg white and the almond flavor vial, mix everything well, work the dough with your hands until you get a soft dough ball.
