CARAMEL WHIPPED CREAM is a simple and delicious dessert, perfect for decorating cakes, cupcakes, or other sweets. The whipped cream, with its soft and fluffy texture, is an excellent base for creating elaborate decorations, while the caramel adds a touch of sweetness and flavor. To achieve perfect whipped cream, use cream with a fat percentage higher than 30%. The cream must be well-chilled before whipping, and do not whip the cream too long, or it will become hard and grainy. For a salted caramel whipped cream, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the caramel. For a chocolate caramel whipped cream, add 1.75 oz of dark chocolate to the caramel. For a coffee caramel whipped cream, add 2 tablespoons of espresso to the caramel. This cream is perfect for decorating cakes, cupcakes, ice cream, and other desserts. It can also be used to prepare creams, mousses, and semifreddo. It’s a dessert that appeals to both young and old; I personally love it.
