Berry Ice Cream Ingredients

  • 8.8 oz blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (classic, soy or goat)
  • 3 tbsp honey (or regular or powdered sugar)

Steps

  • First of all, wash the fruit, peel it if necessary, and cut it into pieces (except if it’s raspberries or berries) and freeze it, preferably the day before making the ice cream. For the preparation, the fruit must be hard and frozen.

  • Pour the frozen fruit, yogurt, honey, or sugar into the blender, in the quantities you prefer, depending on the chosen fruit. Blend at high speed for a few seconds until the fruit turns into a frozen cream. Your fruit ice cream is ready. If it’s a bit soft, you can leave it in the freezer for a couple of hours, stirring it from time to time

You can store it in the freezer and consume it within 2 weeks. Remember to let it sit at room temperature for a bit before serving
