Slice a zucchini very thinly and then grill the slices. You need about 12 grilled slices.
Dice the rest of the zucchinis and sauté in a pan with oil, salt, and a splash of water for about 8-10 minutes, on very low heat.Lay the veal slices on a cutting board and stuff each slice with a tablespoon of soft breadcrumbs prepared with oil, cheese, parsley, salt, and oil.
