  • 1 jar mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3.5 oz shrimp
  • 3.5 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • lime (zest of 1, grated)

Steps for easy gastronomic panettone

  • Pink sauce and shrimp. Prepare the pink sauce by mixing mayonnaise and ketchup, but if you prefer, you can use the ready-made one. Add the shrimp to the sauce, mix, and spread on the slice

  • Sour cream and smoked salmon. Flavor the cream with grated lime zest, pink pepper, and minced chives. Then garnish with salmon

  • Parma ham and robiola. Mix the robiola in a bowl to make it creamy, and slice some radishes to use as garnish. Place the ham slices between the cream and the radishes.

  • Mortadella and green sauce. To prepare the sauce, you need a bunch of parsley, 2 anchovy fillets in oil, a teaspoon of pistachios, some capers, and 1.5 oz of extra virgin olive oil. Blend everything for a few seconds and the sauce is ready. Place the mortadella on top of the sauce.

  • Eggs and Russian salad. Spread the Russian salad on the slice, cover it with slices of boiled egg

  • Assembling the panettone. Divide the panettone into 5 or 6 discs, then cut them in half. Fill with the previously prepared condiments.
